sexy male webcam modelWhen it comes to webcam modeling, confidence is king.  If you don’t believe you’re worth what your visitors pay you for private, then chances are they won’t either.  Confidence is NOT something you achieve, but rather it’s something you BECOME.  Sometimes, it’s what’s happening on the INSIDE that will make or break your success as a webcam model.

The following exercise is a proven way to GET RESULTS.  It’ll train your subconscious mind into accepting a more sexually confident version of yourself.

This exercise will take 10-20 minutes.  Just reading it won’t help, you need to DO IT to benefit from it.

Step 1 — Relax

Lie down comfortably on your bed.  Close your eyes and relax your entire body.  Start by relaxing your big toes until they become completely relaxed.  Next, move your focus through the rest of your toes, feet, ankles, and up your legs, relaxing every cell in every muscle.  Continue this process by relaxing your stomach, back, and up through your neck and face.  Make sure every facial muscle is completely relaxed.  From there, slowly move your attention to your shoulders, down your arms, and all the way to the tips of your fingers.

Your whole body should now feel “heavy.”  Sink into that feeling of COMPLETE RELAXATION.  Slow down your breathing and heartbeat.  Breathe deliberately with slow, deep inhales and even slower exhales.

Spend at least three minutes on this relaxation process.  Your physical AND mental state must be completely relaxed.  Only then can your subconscious mind be amenable to conscious suggestion.

Step 2 — Set The Stage

Now that you’re completely relaxed, think about the next time you plan to get on webcam.  Picture it clearly in your mind — you’re on your bed ready to log in to your livejasmin account, and you’re FEELING CONFIDENT.  Picture the details of what you’re wearing (or what you’re NOT wearing), what you’re doing, and how you’re conveying your sexual energy to your visitors.  This will be your mental movie theater, and you will be spending a fair bit of time here.  Make sure your movie is as VIVID and DETAILED as possible.

Step 3 — See Results

See yourself again in your mental movie, only this time see your MOST SEXUALLY CONFIDENT version of yourself.  You’re having fun on webcam, and your visitors KNOW IT.  Notice how they’re getting hot and turned on by your sexual prowess.  Pay attention to your body language, facial expressions, and voice tone (if you use a microphone).  Notice how you’re flirting effortlessly, and how you’ve got everyone’s attention.  Notice how confident you FEEL.  Feels good, doesn’t it?  Focus on that feeling for at least ten minutes.

Step 4 — Rewind

OK, now rewind your mental movie.  Go ahead and press the imaginary rewind button.  Even see yourself moving back in time in high speed reverse.

Now see yourself again in the present, bringing all those feelings of confidence with you in the HERE and NOW.  Make that imagined future image of yourself to be your PRESENT image.  This is who you are now.

Soak up that thought.  FEEL the success.  KNOW that results are inevitable.  Open your eyes and feel the REAL changes in your MIND and BODY.

If you did this exercise right, you will feel and think slightly different after you open your eyes.  Your subconscious mind doesn’t recognize the difference between reality and thought.  The changes you experience by mentally seeing results are in fact REAL to your subconscious mind. But you gotta keep doing it.

Spend 10-20 minutes on this exercise every day, and in two weeks time (sometimes it only takes a few sessions) you’ll feel a lot better about performing in front of your webcam.

I’ve gotten amazing results out of this simple exercise, and if you keep doing it, you will too.  Reprogramming your subconscious mind can take time.  Just like learning a foreign language, your mind needs time soak up your new, more confident self-image.  Small visions have no power to move people.  It’s BIG VISIONS that will move you.

Don’t make the mistake of writing this exercise off as new age mumbo jumbo.  Do this every day, and you’ll find yourself not only having more fun with your online work, but more importantly, you’ll feel better about yourself.
